Blueprint Assets
Proprietary logic, including the Habit Stacking Method and Evening Wind-Down rituals, provided as educational intellectual property.

The systematic arrangement of behavioral triggers and anchors designed for peak human performance.
02. Operational Parameters
Engagement with Habit Architecture requires adherence to systematic protocols designed to preserve the integrity of the behavioral data and educational quality.
Access Integrity
System Requirement 2.1
Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access our educational materials for personal use. Attempting to deconstruct, scrape, or automate data collection from the Habit Architecture tracking templates is strictly prohibited.
Age and Authority
System Requirement 2.2
Access to this atelier is restricted to individuals aged 18 years or older. By using the site, you confirm you possess the legal capacity to enter into this structural agreement and abide by its mechanical constraints.
Forbidden Interference

You may not use the Service for any unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to the distribution of malicious code or the transmission of materials related to financial speculation, crypto-assets, or prohibited medical claims.
Asset Protection

03. Architectural Ownership
The Habit Architecture system is a proprietary engineered mechanism. This includes all text, logos, graphics, functional code, and the unique arrangement of behavioral triggers presented within this site.

The wordmark and "The Biological Gearbox" metaphor are protected identifiers under Canadian intellectual property law.

Unauthorized commercial use of our habit-stacking templates constitutes a breach of structural integrity and will lead to immediate access termination.
Systemic Boundaries and Liability
Our role is to provide the educational blueprints and structural logic for habit formation. We provide the mechanism; the execution remains with the practitioner.
No Medical Warranty
We do not provide medical diagnostics, psychological therapy, or clinical prescriptions. All guidance is educational.
As-Is Delivery
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any guarantees regarding specific biological or productivity outcomes.
Liability Caps
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in British Columbia, Canada, Habit Architecture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
- Inability to access digital modules
- Systemic failures in habit execution
- External environmental interference
Practitioner Obligations
Successful architectural habit formation requires active commitment and precision from the user.
Integrity of Data
You agree to provide accurate information when utilizing our behavioral audits or friction calibration tools. Deceptive data entry compromises the structural integrity of your personalized blueprint.
System Respect
Users must not use the platform to harass, defame, or otherwise interfere with the structural experience of other practitioners in the Habit Architecture community.
Account Security
Maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials is a mandatory requirement. You are responsible for all actions taken under your architectural profile.
06. Jurisdictional Alignment
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
Any structural disputes or legal actions arising from your use of Habit Architecture will be resolved exclusively within the courts of Vancouver, BC. This ensures that all systemic resolutions adhere to the high precision and ethical standards of our local jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under BC law, the remaining structural components of the agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
07. Systemic Updates
Our architecture is subject to continuous refinement. We reserve the right to modify these parameters to reflect updates in behavioral science literature or changes in regulatory requirements.
Continued use of the atelier after systemic updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised structural parameters.
