Document Orientation

Before reviewing our technical policies, understand the three pillars of our data governance. We treat information as a structural component, not a commodity.

  • 01
Controller Identity Habit Architecture (Vancouver, BC) acts as the primary data controller for all collected metrics.
  • 02
Systemic Minimization We only request data essential for habit calibration and progress visualization.
  • 03
User Sovereignty You retain full authority over your data logs, including the right to structural erasure.

1. Scope of Data Governance

This Privacy Policy applies to all interactions with the Habit Architecture digital platform, including our tracking templates, educational modules, and professional systems audits. It governs how we collect, utilize, and protect the behavioral data you provide during your habit formation journey.

We define "Personal Data" as any information that identifies you as an individual or relates to an identifiable person. In the context of our atelier, this often includes your habit triggers, anchor behaviors, and routine consistency logs. We do not collect clinical health data or financial speculative information (such as digital assets or tokens). Our focus remains strictly on the architectural mechanics of your daily life.

Architect's Note

"Data is the foundation of habit calibration. Without precise monitoring, adjustments are merely guesses. We handle this foundation with the same care a master horologist applies to a marine chronometer."

Information Logistics

I. Collection Mechanics

We collect information through direct input (form submissions, ritual suitability filters) and passive observation of platform utilization. This includes:

  • Identity details (Name, Email)
  • Routine anchors and identifiers
  • System friction reports
  • Interaction telemetry (IP, Device type)

II. Systemic Utilization

Data is utilized to calibrate your experience and refine our educational methodologies. We use these metrics to:

  • Tailor habit stacking blueprints
  • Identify high-leverage daily behaviors
  • Facilitate professional system audits
  • Distribute resource updates

III. Structural Defense

We employ rigorous technical measures to ensure the integrity of your data architecture, including:

  • AES-256 encryption at rest
  • Secure socket layering for transmission
  • Periodic penetration testing
  • Access control for personnel

Data Taxonomy

01

Functional Information

Data required for basic account functionality, including verification and authentication tokens. This ensures your personalized blueprint remains inaccessible to unauthorized entities.

02

Behavioral Metrics

The logs of your habit streaks, anchor points, and environment friction calibrations. This is the "blueprint data" used to adjust your habits for peak systemic stability.

03

Communication Data

Your history of inquiries, newsletter preferences, and support tickets. We maintain these records to provide personalized guidance during structural schedule shifts.

04

Technical Telemetry

Non-identifying metadata concerning device browser, screen resolution, and load times. This information is used strictly to optimize the atelier's digital workspace performance.

Your Sovereignty

Under local and international data protection regulations, you possess specific rights regarding your information architecture. We facilitate these rights through a transparent, friction-free process.

Precision Governance

The Right to Access

Active

You may request a complete export of your personal data architecture at any time. We provide this in a machine-readable format suitable for integration with other behavioral tracking systems.

The Right to Rectification

Active

Should any component of your data logs be inaccurate—such as misaligned habit anchors or incorrect contact details—you have the right to demand immediate structural correction.

The Right to Erasure

Active

You may request the permanent removal of your data from our active systems. Note that certain structural logs may be retained for mandatory legal or fiscal purposes.

The Right to Restriction

Active

You possess the right to limit the processing of your data while a dispute regarding its accuracy or the legitimacy of our processing is being investigated.

Data Retention Lifecycle

How long do we store your behavioral blueprints? Our retention policy is governed by utility and systemic necessity, not permanent storage.

PHASE 01
Active Calibration

Data remains in high-availability storage during your active engagement with our ritual blueprints and modules.

PHASE 02
Systemic Archiving

Upon 24 months of platform inactivity, accounts are transitioned to a cold-storage archive to minimize attack surface.

PHASE 03
Permanent Purge

Following the archiving period, all non-mandatory data is securely overwritten and permanently removed from our infrastructure.

Third-Party Handoffs

Habit Architecture does not trade or sell your behavioral data. We utilize a limited number of "Structural Sub-processors" to facilitate technical delivery:

  • Hosting Infrastructure Cloud Infrastructure Provider
  • Communication Systems Email Gateway Service
  • Telemetry Analytics Performance Monitoring Tool
Drafting Environment
